Company History

March 15, 1951 State Commission after a two-week test took into operation the first Belarusian sugar factory, later renamed Skidel Sugar Refinery.

Under the Decree of the Council of Ministers of the USSR Mikoyan № 1063 from 10 February 1946 for the construction of the 1 st Belorussian sugar factory equipment allocated special deliveries.

Construction of the plant, begun a year after the Great Patriotic War, took place in very difficult circumstances.

By early 1951 the construction of the plant was substantially completed. During January and February made lining and test and test equipment

Within a fraction of 3-year project was to eliminate the defects, errors and shortcomings, and in 1954 the plant mastered production capacity.

In 1961 it completed construction of a workshop for the production of citric acid with a design capacity of 140 tons per year. Today, its capacity increased to 1,600 tons.

In 1993, the plant is fully completed reconstruction. The design capacity is increased to 3 thousand tons of sugar beet per day.

Since 1997 the company became a public company. Controlling stake (69.88%) belongs to the state, individuals - 9.35% including the date, 3,94% - to staff the plant, 20.77% - our partners - suppliers of raw materials - the collective and state farms.

Our first plant in the CIS is fully automated processing of raw sugar. Today they are managed by logical automation, which can provide high quality

In 1998, the company went into operation a set of bulk storage of sugar. Here you can simultaneously store 15 thousand tons of sugar that is 250 rail cars.

We were the first in the country shifted to the production technology of solid residue with solids content of at least 75%.

In 2001 the plant celebrated its half century anniversary (then called "The First Belarusian sugar factory").
